<image:caption>Working with the external agency, I managed our Google grant and ads. I implemented an SEO strategy that has paid off with an increase in our ROI including the Google grant itself, web traffic, accessibility, and ticket sales. I also monitored analytics for performance on KPIs, and presented monthly reports to the executive team</image:caption>

<image:title>MCNY - Site templates design & online exhibitions</image:title>
<image:caption>When the Museum closed in mid-March due to the pandemic, all of the Museum programs went digital. We had to come up with a solution quickly to promote our online offerings. I designed the UX of 3 new site templates in a week, and project managed to have them developed in a short amount of time. Even after the Museum reopened later in 2020, these new landing pages and templates are being utilized. The exhibition called New York Responds, which opened in December 2020, is the first ever fully online exhibition of the Museum of the City of New York, and it is on the new templates. Examples of the pages created with these new site templates: New York Responds Online Exhibition MCNY Digital (on the main digital landing page template) Curators from the Couch (on the series landing page template) Episode template example I have also designed the UX and created wireframes for the homepage mobile view and the visit page redesigns, which are mentioned in the section above.</image:caption>

<image:title>WNET - Secrets of the Dead</image:title>
<image:caption>Secrets of the Dead is a PBS national TV series. I managed the site for several years as the Web Producer, and produced digital contents such as infographics, articles, web apps, blog posts, video clips and so on to promote the series. These online exclusive contents I produced are still being shared on social media today when episodes re-broadcast. By collaborating with a small team of a designer, developer, and another producer, I was part of the site redesign project and worked on the UX design and managed the site relaunch and QA testing. After relaunching, the Secrets of the Dead website became the template for all the PBS show websites WNET produces such as Nature, American Masters, and Great Performances. Examples of the online exclusive contents I produced for this series: Blog of the Dead - I launched a blog section and wrote weekly archaeological news posts to keep the fans engaged even during the off seasons of the program. Color Your Own Van Gogh and Share It With the World! - Web application Map: Archaeological Discoveries at Jamestown - Infographic How Hollywood got Cleopatra wrong – 9 things you might not know about Cleopatra - Article Trojan Horse Papercraft</image:caption>
